Privacy policy
Privacy policy for enquiries, communications, and normal site use
This page explains how enquiry details and site communications are handled through the current Amadeus Digital setup.
Who is handling data
Amadeus Digital currently operates this site. The main contact point for privacy questions is contact@amadeusdigital.co.uk.
What is collected
- Contact details submitted through the enquiry form, such as name, email address, company name, and project notes.
- Basic technical information generated by normal website hosting and analytics tooling once those services are finalized.
- Correspondence records if a visitor emails directly or continues a project conversation after first contact.
Why the data is used
- To review and respond to project enquiries.
- To scope potential work, prepare proposals, and maintain project correspondence.
- To keep basic operational records where there is a legitimate business reason to do so.
Third-party services
Enquiry submissions currently pass through FormSubmit before reaching the Amadeus Digital inbox. This section should be updated if the final production stack uses a different form handler, CRM, analytics provider, or hosting arrangement.
Retention and rights
Enquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for business discussion, record-keeping, or legal obligations. Visitors can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@amadeusdigital.co.uk.
